With the progress of the society the scansion of modern life is becoming faster. Many people are suffering from pressure and strain in life. So stress has become a regular part of life. there are many causes for stress, as it drives from work, family life to social life. Too much stress depletes your body's nutrition and leaves it exhausted by altering your body's biochemistry, making it more craving for junk food and gain weight.

 Orange:


 The vitamin C powerhouse, known to lower blood pressure and stress hormone cortisol. Get quick burst of vitamin C  simply by eating whole orange or drinking a glass of freshly squeezed  orange juice without added sugar.

 Avocados are rich in Vitamin B, a stress relieving vitamin. It contains 20 vitamin and minerals in every serving. Low in sugar and high fibre makes you feel full and satisfied. this creamy fruit stress-proof your body.

Dark chocolate:

 Dark chocolate is known as heart healthy food and it has an undeniable link to mood. It is also to lower blood pressure, adding to feeling of calm. Dark chocolates help reducing stress as it contain good amount of cocoa, and cocoa helps reduces stress hormones.
